These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and gas1m governing your access to and use of the gas1m online betting platform. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any bet. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use gas1m. Age verification is mandatory at the KYC stage.
Each individual may hold only one gas1m account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Full details are stated at the time of each offer and summarised in Section 8 of these Terms.
Any use of automated bots, arbitrage systems, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes will result in account termination and reversal of affected winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. gas1m will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by credential sharing.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between gas1m ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or places any wager or bet through the gas1m online betting platform available at https://gas1m.cam and any associated mobile applications or interfaces.
These Terms must be read in conjunction with the gas1m Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and gas1m. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail.
Important: If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register for or use the gas1m platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of all Terms as amended from time to time.
In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

| "Bonus Funds" | Any promotional credit, free spin value, cashback credit, or loyalty reward credited to a User's Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawal privileges are activated on a User's Account. |
| "Platform" | The gas1m online betting service accessible at https://gas1m.cam, including all associated web interfaces, APIs, and mobile applications. |
| "Restricted Territory" | Any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law, or in which gas1m has independently chosen not to operate. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The multiple of a bonus amount (or deposit-plus-bonus amount) that must be turned over in qualifying bets before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. |
| "WIB" | Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), which governs gas1m's operational hours, customer support availability, and time-sensitive promotional deadlines unless otherwise stated. |
To register and use the gas1m platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:
gas1m reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts opened by or on behalf of persons under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited.
Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the gas1m platform. If you already hold an active Account, you must not register a second Account. gas1m employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified:
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account, including your legal full name (as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card, KTP Nasional), date of birth, current residential address, and valid contact email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. gas1m will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. gas1m recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact gas1m support immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a link).
Your chosen username must not be offensive, misleading, or identical or similar to a gas1m brand name, trademark, or another user's account name. gas1m reserves the right to require a username change at its discretion without prior notice.
gas1m operates under internationally recognized Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. Completion of the KYC process is mandatory before a User may make their first withdrawal and may be triggered at any time by gas1m's compliance team.
gas1m aims to complete KYC reviews within 1 to 24 hours of receiving a complete document submission. During periods of high demand, reviews may take slightly longer. You will be notified by email and in-app notification upon completion of your review.
If gas1m is unable to verify your identity using the documents provided, or if documents are found to be fraudulent, altered, or inconsistent with your registration information, gas1m reserves the right to suspend your Account pending further investigation and to withhold any pending withdrawals. Persistent or deliberate provision of false documentation will result in permanent Account closure and, where required by applicable law, reporting to relevant authorities.
gas1m currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. gas1m reserves the right to add, suspend, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
Minimum deposit amounts and per-method maximum deposit amounts are published on the gas1m payments information page and are subject to change. gas1m does not charge a platform fee on deposits, although your bank or e-wallet provider may levy their own charges, which are your sole responsibility.
All Accounts, balances, bets, and transactions on gas1m are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). gas1m does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees imposed by a User's bank for cross-currency transactions are the User's sole responsibility.
gas1m will never ask you to transfer funds to a personal bank account, cryptocurrency wallet, or any channel not listed on the official payments page. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately.
All bets placed on gas1m are subject to acceptance at gas1m's discretion. A bet is confirmed only when a confirmation message or bet reference number is issued to the User. In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest error in odds or game outcome data, gas1m reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts.
gas1m is not liable to honour bets where odds, scores, or game data are demonstrably incorrect due to a manifest error (including but not limited to incorrect feed data, software malfunction, or human error). Where gas1m identifies a manifest error, affected bets will be voided and original stakes refunded. gas1m's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final.
The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings:
gas1m may impose per-event, per-market, or aggregate maximum winning limits. Current limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. gas1m reserves the right to amend maximum winning limits at its discretion.
Live in-play betting markets are available on selected sports events including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League fixtures, as well as Timnas Indonesia international matches and Piala AFF. Odds in live markets fluctuate rapidly and gas1m cannot guarantee that the odds displayed at the time you initiate a bet will still be available when the bet is confirmed. Suspension of live markets is at gas1m's sole discretion and may occur at any time.
Live dealer casino games (including but not limited to live baccarat, live roulette, and live blackjack) are subject to the rules of the specific game as presented within the live game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, gas1m's server records of the game state will be treated as definitive. gas1m is not liable for losses arising from User-side connectivity failures.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on gas1m reference results from internationally published draw pools including Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), Togel Sydney (SDY), and Togel Macau. gas1m is not affiliated with the operators of these underlying draw pools. The official published draw results are treated as final. Any discrepancy must be raised within 24 hours of the draw time.
All bonuses and promotions offered by gas1m are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.
Bonus Funds credited to a User's Account must be wagered a specified number of times ("Wagering Requirement") before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering Requirements are stated in full at the time of each bonus offer. Unless stated otherwise:
Bonus Funds and their associated Wagering Requirements expire after the period stated in the specific promotion's terms. Upon expiry, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited without notice.
gas1m reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonuses where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any other fraudulent or dishonest conduct. Decisions made by gas1m's compliance team in this regard are final.
gas1m is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. You must be 21 years of age or older to use gas1m. It is your responsibility to ensure that no person under 21 years of age has access to your Account or uses your Account to gamble. gas1m accepts no liability for underage gambling resulting from a User's failure to secure their Account credentials.
If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, please contact our support team to activate self-exclusion, or seek help from a recognised problem gambling support service. Gambling should always be a form of entertainment, never a financial strategy.
gas1m reserves the right to suspend or restrict a User's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where gas1m reasonably suspects or determines that:
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting gas1m customer support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, provided all applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds have been met. Bonus Funds not yet converted to real-money balances will be forfeited upon Account closure.
An Account with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. gas1m will attempt to contact you via your registered email address before imposing a dormancy administration fee of Rp 10.000 per month on the dormant account balance. Where the balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed. Gas1m will make reasonable efforts to return remaining funds to you before this point.
All content on the gas1m platform — including but not limited to the gas1m brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, data feeds, and game interfaces — is the property of gas1m or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational betting purposes only.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any gas1m content or software without gas1m's express prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in Account suspension and legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gas1m's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit gas1m's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
gas1m collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. gas1m will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, payment processors, and KYC verification providers where required to operate the platform lawfully.
gas1m reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations — gas1m will provide at least 14 days' notice via the registered email address on your Account and/or a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the gas1m platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 10.2 before the effective date.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as determined by gas1m's licensing jurisdiction. gas1m operates under an internationally recognized gaming licence; licence details are available to verified Account holders upon written request.
In the event of a dispute between you and gas1m, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. gas1m aims to respond to formal complaints within 5 business days (WIB). If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by gas1m's licensing authority.
These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia or any other applicable jurisdiction.
